Aline is the Head of the Contract Administration department at SRS Acquiom. Based in the company’s Denver headquarters, Aline manages the Contract Administration department overseeing operations and compliance post-closing M&A transactions for the Shareholder Representative Services product. 

Aline is a strategic seasoned leader with deep expertise in leading complex enterprise-wide functions across M&A and various financial services including post-closing escrow distributions, contract compliance, vendor management and regulatory oversight. Prior roles include Operations manager at Computershare and IBM. 

Aline holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Management from Linfield College in McMinnville, Oregon.
