Paul is the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of SRS Acquiom.

Before co-founding SRS Acquiom, Paul was one of the founding partners of Koenig & Oelsner, a Denver-based corporate and business law firm with a strong practice in mergers and acquisitions, securities, and financing transactions. Prior to that, he was an attorney in the Chicago office of Latham & Watkins, and in the Colorado office of Cooley LLP.

Paul has authored numerous articles and is a frequent speaker at industry events. He received his BBA in finance from the University of Iowa and graduated from Northwestern University School of Law.

Nicole is the chief marketing officer at SRS Acquiom. An accomplished marketing strategist, Nicole is responsible for leading the company’s marketing and communications efforts, including brand strategy, market research, thought leadership, demand generation, public relations and product marketing to support business growth.

Before joining SRS Acquiom, Nicole served as the vice president, global corporate marketing for First Data, where she led brand management, creative services, and content functions globally. She was the lead marketing strategist supporting First Data’s 2015 $2.8 billion IPO.

Nicole brings over 20 years’ experience driving revenue in the B2B and B2C sectors. She has led large-scale brand growth, market research, and product innovation initiatives for clients in the Fortune 500 as well as entrepreneurial organizations. Her clients have included PepsiCo, Heinz, Unilever, Kraft, Rubbermaid, and Kellogg’s.

Nicole sits on the board of the William C. Kuzell Foundation for multiple sclerosis research. She is a former board member of the Dumb Friends League, the largest animal welfare organization in the Rocky Mountain region. She holds an MBA from the University of Denver, and a BA from Vanderbilt University.

Before joining SRS Acquiom, Renee served as an administrative vice president at Wilmington Trust, N.A., most recently leading the loan agency and restructuring products. In addition to her 10 years at Wilmington Trust, she also worked for Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. in the corporate trust and shareholder services departments.

Renee has a Juris Doctorate from Mitchell Hamline School of Law in Minnesota, and a B.A. in political science and history from Azusa Pacific University in Azusa, California.

LeClair is a seasoned industry executive with decades of experience in corporate trust, helping clients navigate complex M&A transactions, corporate and public debt issuances, syndicated loans, administration restructurings, escrows, and specialized trusts. Prior roles include senior vice president in Wilmington Trust’s Global Capital Markets division and senior vice president and manager of the Corporate Products Group of Wells Fargo’s Corporate Trust Services division.

Chris is the Managing Director, Escrow & Payment Solutions and Deputy COO. In this capacity, Chris manages our relationship manager, relationship associate, and deal intake teams, and works to ensure that our clients are able to navigate the closing and post-closing escrow and payments process as easily as possible.

Chris also has deep expertise in shareholder representation. For over a decade, Chris worked in the SRS Acquiom Professional Services Group where he led the teams that handled post-closing escrow claims, earnouts, purchase price adjustments, distributions of shareholder proceeds and other activities related to serving as shareholder representative.

Before joining SRS Acquiom, Chris practiced corporate law in the Colorado office of Cooley LLP, where he focused on venture capital transactions and mergers and acquisitions. He began his legal career at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP in New York City. At Cravath, he primarily represented underwriters in initial public offerings and high-yield debt offerings and lenders in commercial banking transactions.

Chris is a frequent contributor to M&A thought leadership via work on SRS Acquiom’s data studies, articles and speaking presentations. Chris holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A. from Rice University.

Casey is a Managing Director at SRS Acquiom and leads the Professional Services group. His team of lawyers, accountants, and other professionals is responsible for managing post-closing escrow claims, earnouts, working capital, tax, and other disputes on behalf of the company's clients, post-closing distribution of merger proceeds, and other activities related to serving as the shareholder representative. While at SRS Acquiom, Casey has represented shareholders’ interests on hundreds of deals, including defending claims up to $400 million and administering life sciences deals with as much as $1 billion in contingent consideration.

Before joining SRS Acquiom, Casey represented Fortune 50 clients as a litigation attorney nationally and internationally in a variety of fields. He acted as outside counsel on behalf of numerous parties, including SRS Acquiom and its clients, and took multiple cases to trial and appeal.

Casey frequently presents and writes on subjects of interest to those in the M&A field and is a core contributor to SRS Acquiom’s life sciences study. He is also an Eagle Scout and volunteers with San Francisco Bay Area youth sports. He holds a J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley (Boalt Hall) and a B.S. in economics from Arizona State University’s Barrett Honors College.

Prior to joining the SRS Acquiom team, Sue was Vice President in the First Data Financial Services Product Management. She has developed products and consulted with top tier financial institutions (Citibank, Wells Fargo, PNC, Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch) and a host of Community Banks enabling them to outsource back office services. Sue also worked on a variety of M&A initiatives while at First Data. Throughout her career she has led many product start-up and reengineering initiatives and has been awarded several patents.

Before joining SRS Acquiom, Greg served as the controller/treasurer for Universal Cooperatives, controller for the Corporate Trust Group at Wells Fargo, and as a regional and then national client relationship manager for Wells Fargo. Greg started his sales career at Wilmington Trust in 2011 and held the position as client development officer until 2018. He was responsible for selling M&A escrow and paying agent services, as well as public finance products in the Midwest Region of the U.S.

Greg has an undergraduate degree in finance and accounting from Minnesota State University, Mankato and a Master of Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas, St. Paul.

Ken Maurice Newcomer is the director of corporate development at SRS Acquiom. He manages M&A as well as the financial institution relationships for the company. Ken was instrumental in building the SRS Acquiom M&A foreign exchange (FX) offering. Since the launch in 2020, SRS Acquiom has traded over a billion USD in M&A FX trades for more than 2,000 shareholders.

Prior to SRS Acquiom Ken was the senior quantitative analyst for M&T Bank’s Global Capital Markets Group. He joined M&T bank from the University of Rochester’s Simon Business School.

Prior to joining SRS Acquiom in 2011, Sam was a transactional attorney in the M&A department of New York law firm Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP, where he worked on sophisticated M&A and securities transactions. Prior to his legal career, Sam held finance and accounting positions at Credit Suisse Group, Duke Energy and Arthur Andersen.

Radha previously served as a senior attorney in the M&A Transactional Group of SRS Acquiom, negotiating SRS Acquiom’s engagement and facilitating the closing process in complex M&A transactions.

Prior to joining SRS Acquiom, Radha was an associate in the M&A, Corporate and Securities Law group of Norton Rose Fulbright LLP in Toronto. She represented public and private companies, financial services firms and private equity funds in domestic and cross-border stock and asset acquisitions, corporate finance transactions, complex securities law and general corporate matters. Radha was recently recognized in the Service Professional category of The M&A Advisor’s 7th Annual 40 Under 40 Emerging Leaders Awards.

Radha received a JD from the University of Western Ontario Faculty of Law, an HBA in Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business, and is a member of the New York Bar and Law Society of Upper Canada.

Previously, Kip was a Director with the SRS Acquiom Transactional Group, where he collaborated with clients and counsel to negotiate M&A documents including purchase, escrow, payments, and other transactional agreements. Before joining SRS Acquiom, Kip was an attorney with a Denver-based boutique business law firm where he assisted clients with M&A transactions as well as general corporate governance and securities matters.

Kip is an avid supporter of the Colorado Symphony, serving on the Associate Board and Colorado Symphony Fund Board, and the Colorado Rockies. He is an active participant on the American Bar Association’s M&A Committee. In 2016, Kip completed Leadership 20 with the Denver chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth.

Debbie is the Chief Financial Officer for SRS Acquiom. As an accomplished financial strategist, she leads finance and administration efforts and oversees human resources.

Before joining SRS Acquiom, Debbie served as CFO and CSO of Trust Company of America Inc. She focused on creating new revenue streams, repositioning the investment portfolio to reduce risk and enhance returns and reduced risk in the operational platform; she managed over $1.5 billion in assets. As CFO and EVP of Vectra Bank Colorado, NA, from 2002 to 2014, Debbie oversaw all aspects of improving bank performance, including evaluating operations, managing the asset and liability position of the bank to improve net interest income and repositioning the branch network through a series of sales and redevelopment efforts to upgrade facilities while reducing capital investment.

Deborah has served as Chairman of the board of the Children’s Museum of Denver and as a board member of the Downtown Denver Partnership Inc. In 2008, she received the Denver Business Journal’s CFO of the Year for Large Private Companies award. She is a CPA and earned her MBA from New York University. She has a BS in Business Administration from the University of Colorado, Leeds School of Business in Boulder, CO.

Before joining SRS Acquiom, Adam had a successful 25+ year career in Technology and DevOps. He started his career as a Software Engineer at Apple in the early 1990s, with over 20 years of his tenure successfully overseeing software development of solutions and products. After Apple, he continued to build software products as a consultant for Sony, and most recently spent the last six years at PlayerLync where he built out their technology team and processes. Featured in Built In Colorado as one of Colorado's "Meet 6 execs driving tech industry forward," Adam is a partner who thinks strategically, with a strong reputation for building bridges and creating transparency within his teams and across the company.

Before that, Mark spent a combined 12 years in the Depositary Receipts business with BNY Mellon and Deutsche Bank as a Transaction Manager focusing on complex M&A and reorganizations for foreign private issuers. Mark played a significant role in opening foreign markets to international investment utilizing the Depository Receipts equity structure.

Before joining SRS Acquiom, Troy was at THL Credit, a $16 billion credit fund manager, where he served as a Vice President and led an investment in SRS Acquiom. Troy began his career as an analyst at JPMorgan and at Citi in the investment banking and corporate banking divisions. He then spent several years in private equity and private credit investing, investing over $1 billion in middle market companies across the U.S.

Troy enjoys traveling and dining with his wife, weight lifting, and playing golf. He graduated from Arizona State University and the Barrett Honors College majoring in Finance.

Most recently, she leveraged her sales and technical background to help companies utilize artificial intelligence to accelerate sales, increase forecasting accuracy, and manage their pipelines. She’s worked with the largest enterprise companies in the world, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Janel enjoys spending time with her three children, traveling, baking, and listening to music.  She supports organizations such as the Pat Finucane Centre and Justice for the Forgotten, and regularly travels to Ireland. She has a B.S. in Information Systems from the University of Phoenix.

Daniel served ten years as Operating Partner and CFO of Benchmark Capital in Israel. Daniel managed the investment operations of the Funds, was involved in numerous equity and debt investments and M&A transactions, and provided guidance and support to CEOs and finance managers of the Fund’s early stage portfolio companies.

Veronica is a Senior Director and Loan Agency Relationship Manager. She oversees client relationships and the daily administration of assigned Loan Agency accounts. She serves as the main point of contact with the borrower, lenders, professionals, and other internal and external service partners. Additionally, she handles the daily administration of assigned transactions and provides exceptional service to all parties to ensure all internal controls are met.

Before joining SRS Acquiom, she was the Vice President and Head of Client Services at GLAS. In this role, she was responsible for the day-to-day management of the operations team. She also maintained relationships with major clients and vendors. Before joining SRS Acquiom, Justin was an associate attorney at a boutique law firm in Denver, Colorado where he practiced in a variety of legal fields including personal injury, trust and estates, family law, and business formation/contracts. Prior to that, Justin worked at Promontory Financial Group, an IBM company, as an anti-money laundering analyst.

Justin earned his J.D. from the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law. While attending law school at the University of Denver, Justin’s course work was focused in corporate/commercial law. He has a B.A. in Business Administration with a major in Finance from the University of Colorado, Boulder. Justin is a member of the Colorado Bar.

Before joining SRS Acquiom, Tom worked as an associate attorney for a boutique law firm in Chicago where he represented clients in a broad range of transactions, such as employment contracts, Non-disclosure and settlement agreements, as well as in litigation.

Tom received his J.D. from the University of Illinois College of Law and his B.A. in Political Science from DePaul University.

Jennifer is an Associate Attorney for the SRS Acquiom Transactional Group. She is responsible for receiving deals, providing guidance and representation on behalf of the shareholders in merger agreements, and working with counsel on both the buy and sell side to finalize the agreements.

Before joining SRS Acquiom, Jennifer worked as a personal injury attorney with Law Offices of Dianne Sawaya in Denver, Colorado. Prior to that, she worked with Judge Gregory Ryan and the Oklahoma County Juvenile Bureau and volunteered at the non-profit Dale K. Graham Veterans Foundation in Oklahoma.

Jennifer received her J.D. from Oklahoma City University and her B.S. in political science from Oklahoma State University. During her undergraduate studies, Jennifer also spent time at Keele University in Staffordshire, England. She is passionate about non-profit work, specifically, the Animal Legal Defense Fund.

Before joining SRS Acquiom, Karyn worked as an associate attorney for a patent boutique in the Denver area, representing clients in litigation matters covering many different technologies. While attending school, Karyn spent time at Twitter in San Francisco, and assisted clients with obtaining patents and starting up their businesses through her school’s free clinic services. Before that, Karyn worked in pharmaceuticals and medical devices, including working with Merck in their vaccine manufacturing division.

Karyn received her JD from the University of Colorado Law School and two B.S. degrees from Lehigh University, in Integrated Business and Engineering and Bioengineering. Karyn is a member of the Colorado bar.

Before joining SRS Acquiom, Andrew worked as an oil and gas lawyer where he researched mineral and lease ownerships, and drafted drilling and division order title opinions for a Denver law firm. Prior to that, Andrew practiced real estate, business, and water law for several years with a firm located near Winter Park, Colorado.

Andrew earned his J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Richmond.

Before joining SRS Acquiom, Corey was an attorney at a regional law firm where he had a broad practice of commercial litigation, real estate, and general business matters. Prior to that, Corey clerked for a district court judge in Arapahoe County, Colorado, helping to manage a busy civil docket.

Corey received his J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, and a B.A. in environmental studies – Society and Policy from the University of Colorado – Boulder.

Sam is Managing Director of the M&A Transactional Group for SRS Acquiom. He has specialized expertise in mergers & acquisitions and contract negotiation.

For the M&A Transactional Group, Sam manages a talented team of in-house corporate attorneys that work with our clients and their counsel to finalize transaction documents for all SRS Acquiom services. Sam ensures that each engagement is fast and efficient, while helping to find creative solutions for any unique requests or issues that our clients may have.

Prior to joining SRS Acquiom in 2011, Sam was a transactional attorney in the M&A department of New York law firm Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP, where he worked on sophisticated M&A and securities transactions. Prior to his legal career, Sam held finance and accounting positions at Credit Suisse Group, Duke Energy and Arthur Andersen.

Sam earned a J.D. from Columbia Law School and a B.S. in Finance (minor in Accounting) from Oklahoma State University.
