Mark co-founded SRS Acquiom and is responsible for the company’s corporate development, which includes strategy, innovation, and risk management. For ten years, Mark served as our co-CEO, led the development of our operations, systems and infrastructure and was the catalyst for the development of our payments, escrows, and representations and warranties offerings.

Before SRS Acquiom, Mark was a founder of three venture-backed start-ups in network-based data management, financial and embedded intelligence technology. Prior to these start-ups, he spent over 20 years in financial services, principally at Bank of America. While there, he focused on treasury management, strategy development and the intersection of distributed and online technology into the Bank’s delivery infrastructure. This resulted in Mark leading the effort to create the first online banking service on the Internet and was a member of teams that developed the first corporate data warehouse, the first mortgage-backed securities, and the first interactive trading and trader communications systems.

Mark has an MS in operations research from Stanford University, and a BA in mathematics from Temple University.

Paul is the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of SRS Acquiom. He leads all major functional areas of the company, including Finance, Client Experience, Business Development, Marketing, Operations, and Technology. Under his guidance the company has grown 50% year over year and handles roughly 7% of private-target deal volume across North America.

Before co-founding SRS Acquiom, Paul practiced law at some of the country’s most prestigious law firms. He represented public, venture-backed, and private equity-backed companies in M&A, debt and equity financings, company formations, securities issuance, and compliance.

Paul was one of the founding partners of Koenig & Oelsner, a Denver-based corporate and business law firm with a strong practice in mergers and acquisitions, securities, and financing transactions. Prior to that, he was an attorney in the Chicago office of Latham & Watkins, and in the Colorado office of Cooley LLP.

Paul is a frequent speaker at industry events. He received his BBA in finance from the University of Iowa and graduated from Northwestern University School of Law.

Lon LeClair is the president and chief operating officer of SRS Acquiom. Based in the company’s Denver headquarters, LeClair manages the company’s operations and helps direct its strategic vision and growth.

LeClair is a seasoned industry executive with decades of experience in corporate trust, helping clients navigate complex M&A transactions, corporate and public debt issuances, syndicated loans, administration restructurings, escrows, and specialized trusts. Prior roles include senior vice president in Wilmington Trust’s Global Capital Markets division and senior vice president and manager of the Corporate Products Group of Wells Fargo’s Corporate Trust Services division.

Lon is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute. He holds a BA from St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota.

Stuart has spent over 30 years in leadership roles in the financial services industry, specifically focused on sales and client service. Before SRS Acquiom, he acted as an investor or senior executive for several early-stage companies in the fintech and financial services sectors, helping them achieve new milestones and increase growth. Prior to that, he spent 20 years at Bloomberg LP in sales and global manager roles, including 10 years building and growing the European office while managing a 200-person sales team.

Stuart received his BA from Dartmouth College.

Fiona is a director of Escrow and Payment Solutions. In this capacity Fiona works closely with the Product Development and Operations teams to develop, implement, and oversee processes that allow our clients to navigate the closing and post-closing escrow and payments process as easily as possible. Fiona ensures that the needs and issues that arise before, during and after a transaction are addressed, while also managing risk. In addition, Fiona manages our team of relationship associates, who work closely with the relationship managers on all escrow and payments engagements to ensure an outstanding client experience. Fiona also contributes regularly as a subject matter expert for the marketing and thought-leadership pieces.

Prior to her current role, Fiona managed the Contract Compliance group of SRS Acquiom and also worked on the Dispute Management group defending escrow funds against potential claims.

Outside of SRS Acquiom, Fiona has served as an Advisory Committee Member for the town of Superior, Colorado, as well as a Legal Advocate for Family Tree LLC. Fiona holds a BA from Pitzer College and a JD from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Nicole is the chief marketing officer at SRS Acquiom. An accomplished marketing strategist, Nicole is responsible for leading the company’s marketing and communications efforts, including brand strategy, market research, thought leadership, demand generation, public relations and product marketing to support business growth.

Before joining SRS Acquiom, Nicole served as the vice president, global corporate marketing for First Data, where she led brand management, creative services, and content functions globally. She was the lead marketing strategist supporting First Data’s 2015 $2.8 billion IPO.

Nicole brings over 20 years’ experience driving revenue in the B2B and B2C sectors. She has led large-scale brand growth, market research, and product innovation initiatives for clients in the Fortune 500 as well as entrepreneurial organizations. Her clients have included PepsiCo, Heinz, Unilever, Kraft, Rubbermaid, and Kellogg’s.

Nicole sits on the board of the William C. Kuzell Foundation for multiple sclerosis research. She is a former board member of the Dumb Friends League, the largest animal welfare organization in the Rocky Mountain region. She holds an MBA from the University of Denver, and a BA from Vanderbilt University.

In addition to her 10 years at Wilmington Trust, she also worked for Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. in the corporate trust and shareholder services departments.

Renee has a Juris Doctorate from Mitchell Hamline School of Law in Minnesota, and a B.A. in political science and history from Azusa Pacific University in Azusa, California.

She has held positions with specialist experience in talent management, executive coaching, organizational design/workforce planning, employee relations, HR analytics, compensation, and global HR operations.

Chris is the Managing Director of our Professional Services team. He has deep expertise in shareholder representation.  Chris and his team manage post-closing escrow claims, earnouts, purchase price adjustments and disputes. His team also manages the process by which post-closing merger proceeds are distributed to shareholders and other activities related to serving as shareholder representative.

Before joining SRS Acquiom, Chris practiced corporate law in the Colorado office of Cooley LLP, where he focused on venture capital transactions and mergers and acquisitions. He began his legal career at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP in New York City. At Cravath, he primarily represented underwriters in initial public offerings and high-yield debt offerings and lenders in commercial banking transactions.

Chris is a frequent contributor to M&A thought leadership via work on SRS Acquiom’s data studies, articles and speaking presentations. Chris holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A. from Rice University.

Casey is an Executive Director at SRS Acquiom and leads the team responsible for managing post-closing escrow claims, earnouts, working capital, tax, and other disputes on behalf of the company's clients. While at SRS Acquiom, he has represented shareholders’ interests on hundreds of deals, including defending claims for as much as $400 million and administering life sciences deals with as much as $1 billion in contingent consideration.

Before joining SRS Acquiom, Casey represented Fortune 50 clients as a litigation attorney nationally and internationally in a variety of fields. He acted as outside counsel on behalf of numerous parties, including SRS Acquiom and its clients, and took multiple cases to trial and appeal.

Casey frequently presents and writes on subjects of interest to those in the M&A field and is a core contributor to SRS Acquiom’s life sciences study. He is also an Eagle Scout and volunteers with San Francisco Bay Area youth sports. He holds a J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley (Boalt Hall) and a B.S. in economics from Arizona State University’s Barrett Honors College.

She has over 40 years of experience in the financial services industry and has extensive background in payments, product development, relationship management and operations. Prior to joining the SRS Acquiom team, Sue was Vice President in the First Data Financial Services Product Management. She has developed products and consulted with top tier financial institutions (Citibank, Wells Fargo, PNC, Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch) and a host of Community Banks enabling them to outsource back office services. Sue also worked on a variety of M&A initiatives while at First Data. Throughout her career she has led many product start-up and reengineering initiatives and has been awarded several patents.

Jason is a Senior Director of Operations. He oversees the Shareholder Representative operation teams that manage the Shareholder data related to each merger in our system, reconcile all the bank accounts for shareholder rep and payments business lines, as well as manage the release of funds to shareholders.

Before joining SRS Acquiom, Jason was an AVP in Distribution Operations at Oppenheimer Funds, Inc. He managed the team responsible for sale reporting and sales based compensation calculations. Before that, Jason was Senior Manager of Operations at Charles Schwab Inc., where he managed multiple mutual fund operations teams responsible for reconciliations (share and cash), trading, transfers and dividends.

Jason graduated from Metropolitan State University of Denver with a BS in Aerospace Science and minor in Mathematics. He holds the FINRA Series 27 license, is a notary, and licensed Realtor.

Before joining SRS Acquiom, Greg served as the controller/treasurer for Universal Cooperatives, controller for the Corporate Trust Group at Wells Fargo, and as a regional and then national client relationship manager for Wells Fargo. Greg started his sales career at Wilmington Trust in 2011 and held the position as client development officer until 2018. He was responsible for selling M&A escrow and paying agent services, as well as public finance products in the Midwest Region of the U.S.

Greg has an undergraduate degree in finance and accounting from Minnesota State University, Mankato and a Master of Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas, St. Paul.

Prior to joining SRS Acquiom in 2011, Sam was a transactional attorney in the M&A department of New York law firm Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP, where he worked on sophisticated M&A and securities transactions. Prior to his legal career, Sam held finance and accounting positions at Credit Suisse Group, Duke Energy and Arthur Andersen.

Prior to joining SRS Acquiom, Radha was an associate in the M&A, Corporate and Securities Law group of Norton Rose Fulbright LLP in Toronto. She represented public and private companies, financial services firms and private equity funds in domestic and cross-border stock and asset acquisitions, corporate finance transactions, complex securities law and general corporate matters. Radha was recently recognized in the Service Professional category of The M&A Advisor’s 7th Annual 40 Under 40 Emerging Leaders Awards.

Radha received a JD from the University of Western Ontario Faculty of Law, an HBA in Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business, and is a member of the New York Bar and Law Society of Upper Canada.

Matthew is the Executive Director, Indemnification Solutions for SRS Acquiom. He also works with our business development, product, operations and marketing teams to grow our insurance capabilities and expand our indemnification solution offerings.

Before joining SRS Acquiom, Matthew was Vice President, Underwriting Leader at QBE, responsible for quoting and underwriting transactional insurance, and he spent over 15 years with AIG’s legal department, rising to the level of Deputy General Counsel, Casualty. As the first in-house attorney for AIG’s M&A Insurance Group, he helped draft several of the earliest RWI policy forms and participated in client meetings and speaking engagements to raise awareness and understanding of Transactional Insurance products.

Matthew started his career as a corporate attorney in New York with Rosenman & Colin (now Katten Muchin Rosenman) and graduated from Georgetown University Law Center and the University of Florida. He holds the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) insurance designation and is a Licensed Property and Casualty Agent.

Debbie is the Chief Financial Officer for SRS Acquiom. As an accomplished financial strategist, she leads finance and administration efforts and oversees human resources.

Before joining SRS Acquiom, Debbie served as CFO and CSO of Trust Company of America Inc. She focused on creating new revenue streams, repositioning the investment portfolio to reduce risk and enhance returns and reduced risk in the operational platform; she managed over $1.5 billion in assets. As CFO and EVP of Vectra Bank Colorado, NA, from 2002 to 2014, Debbie oversaw all aspects of improving bank performance, including evaluating operations, managing the asset and liability position of the bank to improve net interest income and repositioning the branch network through a series of sales and redevelopment efforts to upgrade facilities while reducing capital investment.

Deborah has served as Chairman of the board of the Children’s Museum of Denver and as a board member of the Downtown Denver Partnership Inc. In 2008, she received the Denver Business Journal’s CFO of the Year for Large Private Companies award. She is a CPA and earned her MBA from New York University. She has a BS in Business Administration from the University of Colorado, Leeds School of Business in Boulder, CO.

Before joining SRS Acquiom, Adam had a successful 25+ year career in Technology and DevOps. He started his career as a Software Engineer at Apple in the early 1990s, with over 20 years of his tenure successfully overseeing software development of solutions and products. After Apple, he continued to build software products as a consultant for Sony, and most recently spent the last six years at PlayerLync where he built out their technology team and processes. Featured in Built In Colorado as one of Colorado's "Meet 6 execs driving tech industry forward," Adam is a partner who thinks strategically, with a strong reputation for building bridges and creating transparency within his teams and across the company.

Adam earned his B.S. in Computer Science and B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Irvine. He is passionate about giving back through his hands-on approach in mentoring early career software engineers and technology professionals.

He was also instrumental in launching and managing JPMorgan’s West Coast Escrow Services Group, establishing it as one of the largest providers of M&A-related payment and escrow services on the west coast. Prior to that he managed both municipal and corporate trust groups at The Bank of New York.

Christa graduated from Santa Clara University, School of Law, Institute for Paralegal Education and received her paralegal certificate specializing in corporate and intellectual property law. Before joining SRS Acquiom, Troy was at THL Credit, a $16 billion credit fund manager, where he served as a Vice President and led an investment in SRS Acquiom. Troy began his career as an analyst at JPMorgan and at Citi in the investment banking and corporate banking divisions. He then spent several years in private equity and private credit investing, investing over $1 billion in middle market companies across the U.S.

Troy enjoys traveling and dining with his wife, weight lifting, and playing golf. He graduated from Arizona State University and the Barrett Honors College majoring in Finance.

He was a major contributor to the M&A team for the past two and a half years, helping to generate over 250 accounts. Prior to that, Tim helped open the Chicago office for Wells Fargo. He was a team leader with the Document Negotiation/Escrow Administration team for 14 years.  Tim generated and effectively administered over 16% of Wells Fargo’s entire M&A escrow portfolio.

Tim became a Certified Corporate Trust Specialist (CCTS) in 1996 and received a BS degree in finance from Bradley University.

Before joining SRS Acquiom, Chris practiced corporate law in the Colorado office of Cooley LLP, where he focused on venture capital transactions and mergers and acquisitions. He began his legal career at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP in New York City. At Cravath, he primarily represented underwriters in initial public offerings and high-yield debt offerings and lenders in commercial banking transactions.

Chris is a frequent contributor to M&A thought leadership via work on SRS Acquiom’s data studies, articles and speaking presentations. Chris holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A. from Rice University.

Casey is an Executive Director at SRS Acquiom and leads the team responsible for managing post-closing escrow claims, earnouts, working capital, tax, and other disputes on behalf of the company's clients. While at SRS Acquiom, he has represented shareholders’ interests on hundreds of deals, including defending claims for as much as $400 million and administering life sciences deals with as much as $1 billion in contingent consideration.

Before joining SRS Acquiom, Casey represented Fortune 50 clients as a litigation attorney nationally and internationally in a variety of fields. He acted as outside counsel on behalf of numerous parties, including SRS Acquiom and its clients, and took multiple cases to trial and appeal.

Casey frequently presents and writes on subjects of interest to those in the M&A field and is a core contributor to SRS Acquiom’s life sciences study. He is also an Eagle Scout and volunteers with San Francisco Bay Area youth sports. He holds a J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley (Boalt Hall) and a B.S. in economics from Arizona State University’s Barrett Honors College.

Prior to SRS Acquiom, Elisheva served as general counsel of Benchmark Capital in Israel, and practiced commercial and corporate law at leading law firms in Israel and litigation in Toronto, Canada. Elisheva draws on her extensive experience in Israel and Canada in handling and resolving complex indemnification claims on behalf of our clients.

Elisheva has been an active volunteer at Beit Halochem Canada and Associated Hebrew Schools of Toronto. She holds an LL.B from Osgoode Hall Law School (York University) in Toronto, a B.A. in sociology from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and is a member of the Israel Bar Association, and the Law Society of Ontario.

At Gibson Dunn, Micah gained significant experience in complex commercial litigation and performed high-stakes internal investigations for corporate clients, including several of the world’s largest companies.

Micah is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, where he was a Senior Editor of the California Law Review, and the University of Colorado, Boulder.

Sara is an Executive Director and Head of Legal Data Analytics for SRS Acquiom. Sara and her team gather, organize, and analyze deal terms and claims data on the thousands of transactions in which SRS Acquiom is engaged. That data drives the SRS Acquiom products, services, and thought leadership. Sara is an author and editor of many of the SRS Acquiom annual studies and white papers, as well as articles in partnership with Bloomberg Law, Law360, and other industry publications. She previously led the Contract Administration group, served in the Dispute Resolution group, and continues to consult on intellectual property matters.

Prior to joining SRS Acquiom, Sara practiced intellectual property and general commercial litigation at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, where she represented leading technology companies and other major corporations. While in private practice, she also received awards for her commitment to pro bono representation.

Sara earned her JD from Columbia University School of Law and her BA in Communication from California State University, Long Beach. In 2015, The M&A Advisor named Sara one of its Emerging Leaders in M&A.

Kimberley worked as an in-house attorney at a Boulder Colorado startup and raised venture capital funding. Kim received a JD from the University of Colorado Law School. Her BA in Philosophy and Logic, with a minor in graphic design, is from Baylor University.

Before that, Corey clerked for a district court judge in Arapahoe County, Colorado, helping to manage a busy civil docket.

A Colorado native, Corey enjoys hiking, snowboarding, and rooting for Colorado sports. Corey received his J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, and a B.A. in Environmental Studies – Society and Policy from the University of Colorado – Boulder.

Prior to joining SRS Acquiom in 2011, Sam was a transactional attorney in the M&A department of New York law firm Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP, where he worked on sophisticated M&A and securities transactions. Prior to his legal career, Sam held finance and accounting positions at Credit Suisse Group, Duke Energy and Arthur Andersen.

Kip is an avid supporter of the Colorado Symphony Orchestra, serving on the Associate Board, and the Colorado Rockies. In 2016, he participated in Leadership 20 with the Denver chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth.

Kip received his JD from the Sturm College of Law at the University of Denver and an MS in Economics, BS in Economics and BA in International Relations from Lehigh University. He is a member of the Colorado bar.
