Before co-founding SRS Acquiom, Paul was one of the founding partners of Koenig & Oelsner, a Denver-based corporate and business law firm with a strong practice in mergers and acquisitions, securities, and financing transactions. Prior to that, he was an attorney in the Chicago office of Latham & Watkins, and in the Colorado office of Cooley LLP.
Paul has authored numerous articles and is a frequent speaker at industry events. He received his BBA in finance from the University of Iowa and graduated from Northwestern University School of Law.

Before joining SRS Acquiom, Jessica was a member of the Product team at Envestnet and managed the Investor experience. She led integrating technology from the company’s largest acquisition, Yodlee, into Envestnet’s Advisor and Investor Portals.
Jessica has been a board member of JA Engage, the junior board for Junior Achievement Rocky Mountain, since 2017. She received her B.S. in Finance from DePaul University, Driehaus College of Business.

Nicole Callahan

Nicole is the chief marketing officer at SRS Acquiom. An accomplished marketing strategist, Nicole is responsible for leading the company’s marketing and communications efforts, including brand strategy, market research, thought leadership, demand generation, public relations and product marketing to support business growth.
Before joining SRS Acquiom, Nicole served as the vice president, global corporate marketing for First Data, where she led brand management, creative services, and content functions globally. She was the lead marketing strategist supporting First Data’s 2015 $2.8 billion IPO.
Nicole brings over 20 years’ experience driving revenue in the B2B and B2C sectors. She has led large-scale brand growth, market research, and product innovation initiatives for clients in the Fortune 500 as well as entrepreneurial organizations. Her clients have included PepsiCo, Heinz, Unilever, Kraft, Rubbermaid, and Kellogg’s.
Nicole sits on the board of the William C. Kuzell Foundation for multiple sclerosis research. She is a former board member of the Dumb Friends League, the largest animal welfare organization in the Rocky Mountain region. She holds an MBA from the University of Denver, and a BA from Vanderbilt University.

LeClair is a seasoned industry executive with decades of experience in corporate trust, helping clients navigate complex M&A transactions, corporate and public debt issuances, syndicated loans, administration restructurings, escrows, and specialized trusts. Prior roles include senior vice president in Wilmington Trust’s Global Capital Markets division and senior vice president and manager of the Corporate Products Group of Wells Fargo’s Corporate Trust Services division.
Lon is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute. He holds a BA from St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota.

Chris is the managing director, escrow & payment solutions and deputy COO. In this capacity, Chris manages our relationship manager, relationship associate, and deal intake teams, and works to ensure that our clients are able to navigate the closing and post-closing escrow and payments process as easily as possible.
Chris also has deep expertise in shareholder representation. For over a decade, Chris worked in the SRS Acquiom Professional Services Group where he led the teams that handled post-closing escrow claims, earnouts, purchase price adjustments, distributions of shareholder proceeds and other activities related to serving as shareholder representative.
Before joining SRS Acquiom, Chris practiced corporate law in the Colorado office of Cooley LLP, where he focused on venture capital transactions and mergers and acquisitions. He began his legal career at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP in New York City. At Cravath, he primarily represented underwriters in initial public offerings and high-yield debt offerings and lenders in commercial banking transactions.
Chris is a frequent contributor to M&A thought leadership via work on SRS Acquiom’s data studies, articles and speaking presentations. Chris holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A. from Rice University.

Casey is a managing director at SRS Acquiom and leads the Professional Services group. His team of lawyers, accountants, and other professionals is responsible for managing post-closing escrow claims, earnouts, working capital, tax, and other disputes on behalf of the company's clients, post-closing distribution of merger proceeds, and other activities related to serving as the shareholder representative. While at SRS Acquiom, Casey has represented shareholders’ interests on hundreds of deals, including defending claims up to $400 million and administering life sciences deals with as much as $1 billion in contingent consideration.
Before joining SRS Acquiom, Casey represented Fortune 50 clients as a litigation attorney nationally and internationally in a variety of fields. He acted as outside counsel on behalf of numerous parties, including SRS Acquiom and its clients, and took multiple cases to trial and appeal.
Casey frequently presents and writes on subjects of interest to those in the M&A field and is a core contributor to SRS Acquiom’s life sciences study. He is also an Eagle Scout and volunteers with San Francisco Bay Area youth sports. He holds a J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley (Boalt Hall) and a B.S. in economics from Arizona State University’s Barrett Honors College.

Charles joined SRS Acquiom in 2021 through the acquisition of Onehub. He is a serial entrepreneur with a passion for building great software companies. Over the last 20 years, he founded three software startups. As co-founder and CEO of Onehub, Charles led all functional areas of the company, including strategy, growth, marketing, product vision, and engineering.
Prior to Onehub, Charles was the co-founder and vice president of product for Likewise Software. He provided the product and marketing vision for Likewise and helped establish the company as the Windows and Linux interoperability leader.
Charles's first startup, OnDevice, developed wireless carrier performance monitoring and management services. As the co-founder and VP of Products, Charles led the company to a successful acquisition by Keynote Systems. After the acquisition, Charles served as the general manager of the wireless business unit at Keynote for three years. Before being an entrepreneur, Charles spent several years at Microsoft and America Online in the early days of the Internet.

Greg started his sales career at Wilmington Trust in 2011 and held the position as client development officer until 2018. Before joining SRS Acquiom, Kip was an attorney with a Denver-based boutique business law firm where he assisted clients with M&A transactions as well as general corporate governance and securities matters.
Kip is an avid supporter of the Colorado Symphony, serving on the Associate Board and Colorado Symphony Fund Board, and the Colorado Rockies. He is an active participant on the American Bar Association’s M&A Committee. In 2016, Kip completed Leadership 20 with the Denver chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth.

Debbie is the chief financial officer for SRS Acquiom. As an accomplished financial strategist, she leads finance and administration efforts and oversees human resources.
Before joining SRS Acquiom, Debbie served as CFO and CSO of Trust Company of America Inc. She focused on creating new revenue streams, repositioning the investment portfolio to reduce risk and enhance returns and reduced risk in the operational platform; she managed over $1.5 billion in assets. As CFO and EVP of Vectra Bank Colorado, NA, from 2002 to 2014, Debbie oversaw all aspects of improving bank performance, including evaluating operations, managing the asset and liability position of the bank to improve net interest income and repositioning the branch network through a series of sales and redevelopment efforts to upgrade facilities while reducing capital investment.
Deborah has served as Chairman of the board of the Children’s Museum of Denver and as a board member of the Downtown Denver Partnership Inc. In 2008, she received the Denver Business Journal’s CFO of the Year for Large Private Companies award. She is a CPA and earned her MBA from New York University. She has a BS in Business Administration from the University of Colorado, Leeds School of Business in Boulder, CO.

He started his career as a Software Engineer at Apple in the early 1990s, with over 20 years of his tenure successfully overseeing software development of solutions and products. After Apple, he continued to build software products as a consultant for Sony, and most recently spent the last six years at PlayerLync where he built out their technology team and processes. Featured in Built In Colorado as one of Colorado's "Meet 6 execs driving tech industry forward," Adam is a partner who thinks strategically, with a strong reputation for building bridges and creating transparency within his teams and across the company.
Adam earned his B.S. in Computer Science and B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Irvine. He is passionate about giving back through his hands-on approach in mentoring early career software engineers and technology professionals.

Mark Gendler

Mark played a significant role in opening foreign markets to international investment utilizing the Depository Receipts equity structure.

Before joining SRS Acquiom, Troy was at THL Credit, a $16 billion credit fund manager, where he served as a Vice President and led an investment in SRS Acquiom. Troy began his career as an analyst at JPMorgan and at Citi in the investment banking and corporate banking divisions. He then spent several years in private equity and private credit investing, investing over $1 billion in middle market companies across the U.S.
Troy enjoys traveling and dining with his wife, weight lifting, and playing golf. He graduated from Arizona State University and the Barrett Honors College majoring in Finance.

She’s worked with the largest enterprise companies in the world, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Janel enjoys spending time with her three children, traveling, baking, and listening to music. She supports organizations such as the Pat Finucane Centre and Justice for the Forgotten, and regularly travels to Ireland. She has a B.S. in Information Systems from the University of Phoenix.

Before that, Janelle worked as a trial attorney for a boutique personal injury law firm.
Janelle is actively involved in her local community. She serves as the co-chair of the Illinois Kane County Bar Association’s Diversity Committee, she serves as a Board Member for Advocate Sherman Hospital, and serves as a Board Member on the Well Child Center, an Illinois not-for-profit corporation. Janelle earned her J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law and her B.S. in Psychology from Loyola University of Chicago.

She began her career as a law clerk for the Colorado Supreme Court.

While at SRS Acquiom, Casey has represented shareholders’ interests on hundreds of deals, including defending claims up to $400 million and administering life sciences deals with as much as $1 billion in contingent consideration.
Before joining SRS Acquiom, Casey represented Fortune 50 clients as a litigation attorney nationally and internationally in a variety of fields. He acted as outside counsel on behalf of numerous parties, including SRS Acquiom and its clients, and took multiple cases to trial and appeal.
Casey frequently presents and writes on subjects of interest to those in the M&A field and is a core contributor to SRS Acquiom’s life sciences study. He is also an Eagle Scout and volunteers with San Francisco Bay Area youth sports.
