Mark is a serial entrepreneur and accomplished business executive who co-founded SRS Acquiom. He is responsible for the Company’s corporate development which includes strategy, innovation and risk management. Mark also oversees the development and evolution of our product and service offerings.

Before SRS Acquiom, Mark was a founder of three venture-backed start-ups in Internet and network-based data management and embedded/intelligent device software technology. Prior to these start-ups, Mark spent over 20 years in financial services, principally at Bank of America. At BofA, Mark created the Online Banking Group and was a member of teams that developed the first corporate data warehouse, the first mortgage-backed securities, the first foreign currency traveler’s checks and the first interactive trading and trader communications systems.

Mark has an MS in Operations Research from Stanford University, and a BA from Temple University in Mathematics.

Paul is an attorney, entrepreneur and co-founder of SRS Acquiom. He manages operations and heads the professional team, all day-to-day operations of the Company, including Business Development, Marketing, Operations and Technology, and our Professional Services group. Paul also oversees our finance and legal operations.

Paul practiced law at some of the country’s most prestigious law firms. He represented public, venture-backed and private equity-backed companies in M&A, debt and equity financings, company formations, and securities issuance and compliance. Paul represented many investors in connection with private equity financings and other transactions. Based on this experience, he has a strong understanding of both investment fund operations and the sale of privately held portfolio companies.

Paul was one of the founding partners of Kendall, Koenig & Oelsner, a Denver-based corporate and business law firm with a strong practice in mergers and acquisitions, securities and financing transactions. Prior to that, he was an attorney in the Chicago office of Latham & Watkins, and in the Colorado office of Cooley LLP.

Paul graduated from Northwestern University School of Law and received his BBA in Finance from the University of Iowa.

She brings over 20 years’ experience driving revenue and growth in the B2B and B2C sectors across a variety of industries. Nicole has a deep background in brand strategy consulting and a track record of delivering growth. At both Tango Strategy and the Sterling-Rice Group, Nicole led large-scale brand growth, market research and product innovation initiatives for clients in the Fortune 500 as well as small, entrepreneurial organizations.

Nicole holds an MBA with an emphasis in marketing from the University of Denver, and a BA from Vanderbilt University.

Deborah is a trusted advisor and accomplished financial strategist. She leads finance and administration efforts and oversees human resources.

Deborah joined us from Trust Company of America Inc. where she served as CFO and CSO since March of 2014. Generating new revenue streams and reducing risk across investment portfolios, she managed over $14 billion in assets. As CFO and EVP of Vectra Bank Colorado, NA, from 2002 to 2014, Deborah oversaw all aspects of improving bank performance, including evaluating operations, building and leveraging their retail network, and investing in key businesses, land acquisitions, property development and sales.

Working in finance for over 20 years, Deborah’s passion for education led her to serve as Chair of the Board of the Children's Museum of Denver until 2010. She also served on the Board for Downtown Denver Partnership Inc. from 2010 to 2013. In 2008, the Denver Business Journal recognized her as CFO of the Year for the Large Private Companies Award.

Deborah is a CPA and earned her MBA from New York University. She gained her BS in Business Administration from the University of Colorado, Leeds School of Business in Boulder, CO.

He was a Managing Director at BNY Mellon, responsible for corporate, insurance & financial institution relationships within the corporate trust business. He was instrumental in the growth of several new businesses around the world. Alex has a unique combination of global acumen, product experience and industry knowledge, having held positions in New York, London and Tokyo.

Alex is an alumnus of Fordham University. He is a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) and actively involved with Habitat for Humanity in New York and New Jersey.

His clients included venture capital investors in financing, restructuring and M&A transactions.

Chris is the Managing Director of our Professional Services team. He and his team work to resolve claims against escrow funds, purchase price adjustments, and disputes about contingent consideration owed in M&A transactions. Shareholders have been saved over $450 million in contested escrow claims—a return of over 20x on the fees charged—as the result of Chris and his team’s work.  His team also manages the process by which post-closing merger proceeds are distributed to shareholders as well as the wind-down and liquidation of any entities remaining after an M&A deal is completed.  In 2015, Chris was recognized in the Service Provider category of The M&A Advisor’s 6th Annual 40 Under 40 Emerging Leaders Awards.

Before joining SRS Acquiom, Chris practiced corporate law in the Colorado office of Cooley LLP, where he focused on venture capital transactions and mergers and acquisitions. He began his legal career at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP in New York City. At Cravath, he primarily represented underwriters in initial public offerings and high-yield debt offerings and lenders in commercial banking transactions.

Chris holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A. from Rice University.

Building great relationships with clients is key to our continued growth. As the head of our client relationship management group, Eric works closely with members of the advisory committees on each deal, as well as with the other larger selling shareholders. Eric serves as single point of contact for these clients, helping them to effectively use our services and solving any issues that may arise.

Prior to this, Eric served as SRS Acquiom’s Senior Director of Compliance, responsible for assuring the company met its obligations as shareholder representative for hundreds of deals. He is arguably one of world’s experts on shareholder representation, the needs and issues that arise for shareholders and, most importantly, how to resolve issues quickly and efficiently whenever possible.

Eric’s diverse professional experience includes serving as CFO for a nonprofit organization, acquiring an operating division of a public company and operating it as a stand-alone enterprise, and practicing law with Arnold & Porter’s business and finance group. Eric focused on private equity fund formation, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate law matters for private equity firms and privately held companies.

Eric received a JD from the University of Denver School of Law, an MBA from the University of Colorado at Denver and a BS in Business from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

As the leader of our indemnification solutions group, Matthew advises clients on the various ways M&A indemnification obligations can be collateralized. Working closely with our business development team, Matt manages our insurance brokerage activities, which include facilitating the purchase of representations and warranty insurance as well as other forms of transactional insurance used in M&A deals. He also works with our product, operations and marketing teams to grow our insurance capabilities and to expand indemnification options for our clients.

Before joining SRS Acquiom, Matthew was Vice President, Underwriting Leader at QBE, responsible for quoting and underwriting transactional insurance opportunities, and prior to that he spent over 15 years with AIG's legal department, including serving as the lead attorney for AIG's M&A Insurance Group and AIG’s Risk Finance Division.

Matthew started his career as a corporate attorney in the New York office of Rosenman & Colin LLP (now known as Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP). He received his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and his B.S. from the University of Florida, and he achieved the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) insurance designation in 2007.

He began his career as a business attorney with Cooley LLP.

Glenn worked as a consultant with a global roster of top companies to develop innovative solutions in systems architecture, data visualization and interpretation, and business intelligence. He began as a research scientist at Schlumberger, Ltd., and then moved into web-based collaboration and e-commerce, providing strategy, design, and development services for some of the earliest online sites. He served as HP-VeriFone’s first Director of Software Systems Architecture, where he was responsible for Internet-based payments products, and as VP Engineering at Encirq Corporation, a privacy-enhanced targeted marketing company.

Glenn holds BS and MS degrees from MIT in electrical engineering and computer science, and a PhD in artificial intelligence from Sussex University. He holds over 20 issued U.S. patents.

Bill was a managing director in the telecommunications industry practice at FTI Consulting, Inc., a director in the Financial Advisory Services (FAS) practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers, and a senior manager in Management Consulting Services (MCS) at Price Waterhouse. Most recently, Bill was VP, Financial Advisory Services at The Brenner Group.

Prior to that he managed both municipal and corporate trust groups at The Bank of New York.

Luda comes to SRS Acquiom after spending the last 12 years in Business Development roles for M&A Escrow and Paying Agent services, as well as other corporate and transfer agency products with leading industry service providers, including Citi Private Bank, Wells Fargo, and Deutsche Bank. Prior to that, she was a relationship manager in the Corporate Trust Department at BNY Mellon, administering domestic and cross-border escrow, agency and trust accounts.

As a trust and securities services expert for over 18 years, Luda and has been involved in M&A transactions for most of her professional career and has built a solid reputation as one of the most knowledgeable and responsive M&A escrow and paying agent specialists on the West Coast. Luda has worked extensively with both large corporate clients and top law firms, exceeding the needs of clients in escrow and paying work.

Marc cultivated global relationships between US, EMEA and Asia to promote investment solutions across multiple currencies. He also has experience as a product specialist for the J.P. Morgan Corporate and Investment Banks’ capital markets desk pertaining to Investment Management solutions.

Casey has worked on dozens of deals ranging from $15M to over $2B and handled numerous matters in excess of $100M in value.

Prior to joining SRS Acquiom, Casey was an attorney at a law firm in San Francisco, representing clients nationally and internationally in a variety of litigation matters including employment suits, class actions and financial services litigation. Prior to joining SRS Acquiom Casey frequently acted as outside counsel on behalf of both SRS Acquiom and its clients.

Casey earned his JD from the University of California, Berkeley (Boalt Hall), and a BS in Economics from the Barrett Honors College at Arizona State University.

She has over 40 years of experience in the financial services industry and has extensive background in payments, product development, relationship management and operations. She has developed products and consulted with top tier financial institutions (Citibank, Wells Fargo, PNC, Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch) and a host of Community Banks enabling them to outsource back office services. Sue also worked on a variety of M&A initiatives while at First Data. Throughout her career she has lead many product start-up and reengineering initiatives and has been awarded several patents.

Prior to joining SRS Acquiom, Jason was an Assistant Vice President of Sales Operations for Oppenheimer Funds, where he oversaw sales operations with a focus on variable compensation calculations and payments. In addition to his tenure at Oppenheimer, Jason also worked as a Senior Manager for Charles Schwab for over ten years, managing all functions related to mutual fund back office operations.

Jason holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Science from Metropolitan State College in Denver, Colorado.

During her federal clerkship, Michelle participated in over 100 settlement conferences involving a wide variety of claims. Michelle then focused her practice at a leading labor and employment firm, where she specialized in drafting complex employment agreements and advising clients on a broad range of employment issues.

Michelle earned her JD from the University of California, Berkeley (Boalt Hall) and her BA in Political Science from the University of California, San Diego.

Elisheva served as General Counsel of Benchmark Capital in Israel, where she was involved in management of indemnification claims, as well as numerous equity and debt investments and M&A transactions. Before that, Elisheva was a corporate attorney with FBC & Co. in Tel Aviv, Israel, and a commercial litigator with Levine, Sherkin, Boussidan in Toronto, Canada, where she represented clients in corporate transactions, litigation and arbitrations.

Elisheva holds an LLB from Osgoode Hall Law School (York University) in Toronto, a BA in Sociology from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and is a member of the Israeli Bar and the Law Society of Upper Canada.

She also works on various corporate and regulatory matters. She establishes internal processes to ensure high quality, efficient service that exceeds client expectations.

Berenice has focused her legal practice in the area of regulatory compliance, with a focus on the Dodd-Frank Act and FATCA. Prior to joining SRS Acquiom, she was in-house counsel to the State of Colorado’s Housing Finance Agency. Prior to moving to Colorado in 2012, Berenice was a Tax Law Analyst for Bloomberg LP where she conducted extensive regulatory research for institutional investors. Berenice began her legal career in 2007 as a litigator with a boutique law firm in Washington, D.C.

Berenice holds a JD from Duke University Law School and a BA in Journalism, with a minor in Sociology, from the University of Maryland, College Park.

Cheyenne holds an undergraduate degree in finance, and two masters degrees in accounting and finance, all from the University of Denver.

Radha leverages her transactional experience to advise clients on structuring purchase price adjustment, indemnification and earnout mechanisms.

Prior to joining SRS Acquiom, Radha was an associate in the M&A, Corporate and Securities Law group of Norton Rose Fulbright LLP in Toronto. She represented public and private companies, and financial services firms and private equity funds in domestic and cross-border stock and asset acquisitions, corporate finance transactions, complex securities law and general corporate matters. Radha was recently recognized in the Service Professional category of The M&A Advisor’s 7th Annual 40 Under 40 Emerging Leaders Awards.

Radha received a JD from the University of Western Ontario Faculty of Law, an HBA in Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business, and is a member of the New York Bar and Law Society of Upper Canada.

Prior to co-founding Foundry Group, Jason was a Managing Director and General Counsel for Mobius Venture Capital, where he also acted as its chief administrative partner overseeing all operations of the firm.

During his venture career Jason has been actively involved in serving on boards of portfolio companies and the negotiations and structuring of financings, mergers and exits in the portfolio.

Prior to his involvement with Mobius Venture Capital, Jason was an attorney with Cooley LLP, where he practiced corporate and securities law with an emphasis on representation of emerging companies in private and public financings, mergers and acquisitions. As an attorney, Jason has consummated over $2 billion of venture capital investments, $5 billion in mergers and has extensive experience in fund formation, employment law and general litigation, serving as an expert witness in these related fields.

Before his legal career, Jason was a senior consultant and software engineer at Accenture where he focused on financial institution re-engineering engagements. While at Accenture, Jason supervised programming teams up to forty people in size and was responsible for managing deliverables in multi-billion dollar engagements.

As one of the first full-time, in-house general counsels at a venture capital firm, Jason has been on the forefront of thought leadership and has co-chaired the National Venture Capital Association’s General Counsel group and has been an active participant on the NVCA’s Chief Financial Officer group. He was one of the key draftspersons for the NVCA model document task force which created the industry’s first set of standardized venture capital financing documents, which has greatly aided in the efficiency of completing these types of deals. He served on the board of the NVCA, including as an executive board member, from 2009-2013.

Jason holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, with distinction and a Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from the University of Michigan. Jason is an executive board member at NVCA. David joined Revolution after 18 years with JPMorgan, and a predecessor firm, Hambrecht & Quist.  During his tenure, David was named co-director of mergers and acquisitions in 1992, director of mergers and acquisitions in 1995, and co-director of investment banking in 1998.  Most recently he was Vice Chairman and Director of JPMorgan’s global investment banking practice for technology, media and telecommunications clients and was a member of the investment bank’s management committee.  During these years, he acted as lead merger advisor, equity underwriter or investor on over 150 transactions.  From 1990 to 1992, David was a vice president at Allen & Company in New York.

In 2010, David helped found Code Advisors, a next-generation investment bank in San Francisco focused on the intersection of strategy and finance for emerging technology companies; and he served as Code’s Executive Chairman through 2012.

Early in his career, David was an associate at the law firm of Davis Polk & Wardwell in New York and London, where he practiced corporate finance and securities law.  Prior to practicing law, David was a law clerk to the Honorable Charles M. Her past roles include Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Bank One Corporation (2002 -2004), Senior Executive Vice President of Priceline.com Inc. (2000-2001), Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Citigroup Inc. (1998-2000), and Chief Financial Officer of Travelers Group (1995-1998).

Heidi has an extensive background leading diverse companies and organizations. In addition to her Board seat with SRS Acquiom, she has been a director for General Mills Inc. since 1999, and has served on the board of directors of HSBC, First Data Corporation, and Conservation International. She is also a Trustee of the International Financial Reporting Standards Foundation.

Mark is a serial entrepreneur and accomplished business executive who co-founded SRS Acquiom. He is responsible for the Company’s corporate development which includes strategy, innovation and risk management. Mark also oversees the development and evolution of our product and service offerings.

Before SRS Acquiom, Mark was a founder of three venture-backed start-ups in Internet and network-based data management and embedded/intelligent device software technology. Prior to these start-ups, Mark spent over 20 years in financial services, principally at Bank of America. At BofA, Mark created the Online Banking Group and was a member of teams that developed the first corporate data warehouse, the first mortgage-backed securities, the first foreign currency traveler’s checks and the first interactive trading and trader communications systems.

Mark has an MS in Operations Research from Stanford University, and a BA from Temple University in Mathematics.

Paul is an attorney, entrepreneur and co-founder of SRS Acquiom. He manages operations and heads the professional team, all day-to-day operations of the Company, including Business Development, Marketing, Operations and Technology, and our Professional Services group. Paul also oversees our finance and legal operations.

Paul practiced law at some of the country’s most prestigious law firms. He represented public, venture-backed and private equity-backed companies in M&A, debt and equity financings, company formations, and securities issuance and compliance. Paul represented many investors in connection with private equity financings and other transactions. Based on this experience, he has a strong understanding of both investment fund operations and the sale of privately held portfolio companies.

Paul was one of the founding partners of Kendall, Koenig & Oelsner, a Denver-based corporate and business law firm with a strong practice in mergers and acquisitions, securities and financing transactions. Prior to that, he was an attorney in the Chicago office of Latham & Watkins, and in the Colorado office of Cooley LLP.

Paul graduated from Northwestern University School of Law and received his BBA in Finance from the University of Iowa.

Mark is a serial entrepreneur and accomplished business executive who co-founded SRS Acquiom. He is responsible for the Company’s corporate development which includes strategy, innovation and risk management. Mark also oversees the development and evolution of our product and service offerings.

Before SRS Acquiom, Mark was a founder of three venture-backed start-ups in Internet and network-based data management and embedded/intelligent device software technology. Prior to these start-ups, Mark spent over 20 years in financial services, principally at Bank of America. At BofA, Mark created the Online Banking Group and was a member of teams that developed the first corporate data warehouse, the first mortgage-backed securities, the first foreign currency traveler’s checks and the first interactive trading and trader communications systems.

Mark has an MS in Operations Research from Stanford University, and a BA from Temple University in Mathematics.

Paul is an attorney, entrepreneur and co-founder of SRS Acquiom. He manages operations and heads the professional team, all day-to-day operations of the Company, including Business Development, Marketing, Operations and Technology, and our Professional Services group. Paul also oversees our finance and legal operations.

Paul practiced law at some of the country’s most prestigious law firms. He represented public, venture-backed and private equity-backed companies in M&A, debt and equity financings, company formations, and securities issuance and compliance. Paul represented many investors in connection with private equity financings and other transactions. Based on this experience, he has a strong understanding of both investment fund operations and the sale of privately held portfolio companies.

Paul was one of the founding partners of Kendall, Koenig & Oelsner, a Denver-based corporate and business law firm with a strong practice in mergers and acquisitions, securities and financing transactions. Prior to that, he was an attorney in the Chicago office of Latham & Watkins, and in the Colorado office of Cooley LLP.

Paul graduated from Northwestern University School of Law and received his BBA in Finance from the University of Iowa.

She brings over 20 years’ experience driving revenue and growth in the B2B and B2C sectors across a variety of industries. Nicole has a deep background in brand strategy consulting and a track record of delivering growth. At both Tango Strategy and the Sterling-Rice Group, Nicole led large-scale brand growth, market research and product innovation initiatives for clients in the Fortune 500 as well as small, entrepreneurial organizations.

Nicole holds an MBA with an emphasis in marketing from the University of Denver, and a BA from Vanderbilt University.

Deborah is a trusted advisor and accomplished financial strategist. She leads finance and administration efforts and oversees human resources.

Deborah joined us from Trust Company of America Inc. where she served as CFO and CSO since March of 2014. Generating new revenue streams and reducing risk across investment portfolios, she managed over $14 billion in assets. As CFO and EVP of Vectra Bank Colorado, NA, from 2002 to 2014, Deborah oversaw all aspects of improving bank performance, including evaluating operations, building and leveraging their retail network, and investing in key businesses, land acquisitions, property development and sales.

Working in finance for over 20 years, Deborah’s passion for education led her to serve as Chair of the Board of the Children's Museum of Denver until 2010. She also served on the Board for Downtown Denver Partnership Inc. from 2010 to 2013. In 2008, the Denver Business Journal recognized her as CFO of the Year for the Large Private Companies Award.

Deborah is a CPA and earned her MBA from New York University. She gained her BS in Business Administration from the University of Colorado, Leeds School of Business in Boulder, CO.

Chris is the Managing Director of our Professional Services team. He and his team work to resolve claims against escrow funds, purchase price adjustments, and disputes about contingent consideration owed in M&A transactions. Shareholders have been saved over $450 million in contested escrow claims—a return of over 20x on the fees charged—as the result of Chris and his team’s work.  His team also manages the process by which post-closing merger proceeds are distributed to shareholders as well as the wind-down and liquidation of any entities remaining after an M&A deal is completed.  In 2015, Chris was recognized in the Service Provider category of The M&A Advisor’s 6th Annual 40 Under 40 Emerging Leaders Awards.

Before joining SRS Acquiom, Chris practiced corporate law in the Colorado office of Cooley LLP, where he focused on venture capital transactions and mergers and acquisitions. He began his legal career at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP in New York City. At Cravath, he primarily represented underwriters in initial public offerings and high-yield debt offerings and lenders in commercial banking transactions.

Building great relationships with clients is key to our continued growth. As the head of our client relationship management group, Eric works closely with members of the advisory committees on each deal, as well as with the other larger selling shareholders. Eric serves as single point of contact for these clients, helping them to effectively use our services and solving any issues that may arise.

Prior to this, Eric served as SRS Acquiom’s Senior Director of Compliance, responsible for assuring the company met its obligations as shareholder representative for hundreds of deals. He is arguably one of world’s experts on shareholder representation, the needs and issues that arise for shareholders and, most importantly, how to resolve issues quickly and efficiently whenever possible.

Eric’s diverse professional experience includes serving as CFO for a nonprofit organization, acquiring an operating division of a public company and operating it as a stand-alone enterprise, and practicing law with Arnold & Porter’s business and finance group. Eric focused on private equity fund formation, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate law matters for private equity firms and privately held companies.

Before joining SRS Acquiom, Matthew was Vice President, Underwriting Leader at QBE, responsible for quoting and underwriting transactional insurance opportunities, and prior to that he spent over 15 years with AIG's legal department, including serving as the lead attorney for AIG's M&A Insurance Group and AIG’s Risk Finance Division.

Matthew started his career as a corporate attorney in the New York office of Rosenman & Colin LLP (now known as Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP). He received his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and his B.S. from the University of Florida, and he achieved the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) insurance designation in 2007.

Prior to that, she was a relationship manager in the Corporate Trust Department at BNY Mellon, administering domestic and cross-border escrow, agency and trust accounts.

As a trust and securities services expert for over 18 years, Luda and has been involved in M&A transactions for most of her professional career and has built a solid reputation as one of the most knowledgeable and responsive M&A escrow and paying agent specialists on the West Coast. Sara was an attorney at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in Palo Alto, California, where she represented leading technology companies in patent litigation and other intellectual property matters, as well as a variety of commercial matters. Sara is also a mediator, trained in both New York and California.

Sara earned her JD from Columbia Law School and a BA in communication from California State University, Long Beach.

Bill manages the analysis and resolution of post-closing purchase price adjustments and other financial matters on behalf of our clients. He has more than 25 years of experience providing financial, regulatory and operational consulting services to executive management and investors in technology companies. His emphasis has been in the areas of valuation, fundamental economic analysis, due diligence, transaction support and corporate restructuring, and he has specific expertise in the telecommunications, Internet infrastructure and software industries.

Bill was a managing director in the telecommunications industry practice at FTI Consulting, Inc., a director in the Financial Advisory Services (FAS) practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers, and a senior manager in Management Consulting Services (MCS) at Price Waterhouse. Most recently, Bill was VP, Financial Advisory Services at The Brenner Group.

Bill received his MS in Operations Research from Stanford University and his BA in Economics and English from the University of California at Berkeley. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation and is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of San Francisco.

Prior to joining SRS Acquiom, Casey was an attorney at a law firm in San Francisco, representing clients nationally and internationally in a variety of litigation matters including employment suits, class actions and financial services litigation. Prior to joining SRS Acquiom Casey frequently acted as outside counsel on behalf of both SRS Acquiom and its clients.

Casey earned his JD from the University of California, Berkeley (Boalt Hall), and a BS in Economics from the Barrett Honors College at Arizona State University.

Prior to joining SRS Acquiom, Jason was an Assistant Vice President of Sales Operations for Oppenheimer Funds, where he oversaw sales operations with a focus on variable compensation calculations and payments. In addition to his tenure at Oppenheimer, Jason also worked as a Senior Manager for Charles Schwab for over ten years, managing all functions related to mutual fund back office operations.

Jason holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Science from Metropolitan State College in Denver, Colorado.

During her federal clerkship, Michelle participated in over 100 settlement conferences involving a wide variety of claims. Michelle then focused her practice at a leading labor and employment firm, where she specialized in drafting complex employment agreements and advising clients on a broad range of employment issues.

Elisheva served as General Counsel of Benchmark Capital in Israel, where she was involved in management of indemnification claims, as well as numerous equity and debt investments and M&A transactions. Before that, Elisheva was a corporate attorney with FBC & Co. in Tel Aviv, Israel, and a commercial litigator with Levine, Sherkin, Boussidan in Toronto, Canada, where she represented clients in corporate transactions, litigation and arbitrations.

Elisheva holds an LLB from Osgoode Hall Law School (York University) in Toronto, a BA in Sociology from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and is a member of the Israeli Bar and the Law Society of Upper Canada.

Berenice is responsible for analyzing SRS Acquiom’s contractual obligations in its various M&A transactions and ensuring that that the company complies with those obligations. She also assists shareholders with transfers of escrow and payment rights.

Berenice has focused her legal practice in the area of regulatory compliance, with a focus on the Dodd-Frank Act and FATCA. Prior to joining SRS Acquiom, she was in-house counsel to the State of Colorado’s Housing Finance Agency. Prior to moving to Colorado in 2012, Berenice was a Tax Law Analyst for Bloomberg LP where she conducted extensive regulatory research for institutional investors. Berenice began her legal career in 2007 as a litigator with a boutique law firm in Washington, D.C.

Berenice holds a JD from Duke University Law School and a BA in Journalism, with a minor in Sociology, from the University of Maryland, College Park.

Prior to SRS Acquiom, Cheyenne was the corporate controller at a Denver-based international energy company. She has an extensive background in M&A financial integration, purchase price adjustments, multinational accounting, intercompany transactions, and foreign exchange issues. Cheyenne holds an undergraduate degree in finance, and two masters degrees in accounting and finance, all from the University of Denver.

Radha leverages her transactional experience to advise clients on structuring purchase price adjustment, indemnification and earnout mechanisms.

Prior to joining SRS Acquiom, Radha was an associate in the M&A, Corporate and Securities Law group of Norton Rose Fulbright LLP in Toronto. She represented public and private companies, and financial services firms and private equity funds in domestic and cross-border stock and asset acquisitions, corporate finance transactions, complex securities law and general corporate matters. Radha was recently recognized in the Service Professional category of The M&A Advisor’s 7th Annual 40 Under 40 Emerging Leaders Awards.
