Andrew Moore is a Director with the Transactional Group at SRS Acquiom. Based in Sarasota, Florida, Andrew reviews and negotiates contracts for SRS Acquiom’s core engagements, including: Merger and Purchase Agreements, Engagement Letters, Escrow Agreements, Payments Administration Agreements, and more. 

He holds a B.A. from the University of Richmond, and a J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law.
