Andrew is a Director in the Shareholder Advisory Group. As the primary point of contact after the Closing, he aims to resolve indemnification claims, earnouts, milestone achievements, escrow releases, and any other post-closing disputes.

Previously, Andrew was a Director with the Transactional Group for SRS Acquiom where he negotiated M&A contracts on behalf of the shareholder representative, and worked together with counsel and clients to quickly close deals. Before joining SRS Acquiom, Andrew represented various real estate, oil and gas, and business clients on transactional matters throughout Colorado.

Andrew holds a B.A. from the University of Richmond, and a J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law.
