David Bergstrom is a Director in the Loan Agency group at SRS Acquiom. He brings extensive experience in loan agency and sub-agent transactions, with a focus on Relationship Management, complex transaction execution, and client service. 

David has built his career leading Loan Agency and sub-agent relationships, supporting clients through complex financing structures and transaction lifecycles. 

Before joining SRS Acquiom, David spent seven years at Wilmington Trust as a Relationship Manager and team lead, where he helped grow the sub-agent business sevenfold, transitioned key relationships from competitors, and served as a subject matter expert and mentor to junior team members. Earlier in his career, he held several roles at Wells Fargo, including Relationship Manager in Trust and Custody, Account Management Manager in Business Escrow, and Loan Agency specialist focused on sub-agent transactions and defaulted deals.
