Dennis is a director of Loan Agency Relationship Management at SRS Acquiom, where he manages his portfolio of client relationships and oversees the administration of loan transactions where SRS Acquiom serves as agent. 

Before joining SRS Acquiom, Dennis built more than 14 years of experience in the syndicated lending industry, developing expertise in transaction execution, client services, and stakeholder management. Most recently, he spent five years as a Vice President in Transaction Management at Citibank N.A., where he oversaw the end-to-end lifecycle of syndicated loan transactions, from pre-closing activities through post-closing administration, while coordinating with borrowers, lenders, and legal counsel.  

Dennis earned his Bachelor of Science degree from University of Texas at Arlington.
