Erica Lei is a Director within the Loan Agency Relationship Management team at SRS Acquiom. 

Before joining SRS Acquiom, Erica spent 13 years at BNY Mellon, most recently serving as a Director within the Issuer Services Corporate Trust division, where she managed the U.S. Client Service Management team. In this role, she oversaw client service delivery across a diverse portfolio of loan and structured asset products, supporting U.S. client relationships and complex transaction structures. Earlier in her career, Erica began her work in securitization at JPMorgan Chase, where she managed structured finance portfolios with a primary focus on collateralized loan obligations (CLOs). 

Erica holds a B.B.A. in Finance with a minor in International Studies from the University of Houston.
