George is an Associate Director at SRS Acquiom, responsible for managing a portfolio of credit transactions across the full lifecycle, from onboarding and closing through to ongoing covenant monitoring. He works closely with internal teams to ensure efficient operations and delivers high-quality borrower and lender services, while supporting new business development initiatives. 

Prior to joining SRS Acquiom, George was an Associate Director at HSBC Bank plc, where he focused on syndicated loan transactions across project finance, real estate finance and leveraged acquisitions, acting in various agent and trustee roles. Before that, he served as a Senior Manager (Vice President) at Sanne/Apex Group, where he assisted with the restructuring of the Loan Agency division and managed complex credit portfolios. Earlier in his career, he held senior roles at Wilmington Trust and Situs, specializing in loan servicing, portfolio management and financial analysis.
