Jake Jacobson is the Director of Business Development for the UK & Ireland at SRS Acquiom. Based in London, Jake works closely with M&A transaction parties and their counsel, private equity sponsors, corporate advisors and venture capital investors, advising them on how SRS Acquiom's paying agent, escrow agent and shareholder representation services can be deployed on their transactions. 

Prior to joining SRS Acquiom, Jake spent six years as a corporate lawyer at Harbottle & Lewis in London, advising on M&A and investment transactions and shareholder advisory matters across the technology, media, entertainment and sport sectors. 

Jake is an England and Wales qualified lawyer. He holds a BA (Hons) in Government Policy and Sociology from Trinity College Dublin.
