James is a CPA and Finance Director in the Shareholder Advisory group at SRS Acquiom. He primarily focuses on post-closing financial matters and disputes related to purchase price adjustments and earnouts. 

Before joining SRS Acquiom, James spent several years in public accounting at CLA, serving various public and private financial institutions throughout the country. 

James frequently presents on working capital and purchase price adjustments. He received a B.B.A. in Accounting and Finance from the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire and holds the CPA designation.
