James is an associate director in the Shareholder Advisory group at SRS Acquiom, specializing in accounting and finance. He focuses on post-closing matters and disputes related to purchase price adjustments and earnouts.

Before joining SRS Acquiom, James worked at CliftonLarsonAllen (CLA) within the Audit Practice, serving various public and private financial institutions throughout the country.

James earned his B.B.A. in accounting and finance from the University of Wisconsin—Eau Claire. He currently holds the C.P.A. designation and is a member of the Minnesota Society of CPAs.
