Jorn is a director of International Institutional Client Relations and a director in the Shareholder Advisory group. He works with clients across Europe and beyond, supporting selling shareholders in resolving post‑closing issues, including indemnification claims, earn‑out and milestone disputes, third‑party litigation, and other matters arising after an acquisition has closed. 

Before joining SRS Acquiom, Jorn advised and represented clients in high‑stakes domestic and cross‑border corporate and commercial litigation at one of the Netherlands’ leading law firms. 

Jorn holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Groningen.
