Kathleen is a Relationship Management Director on SRS Acquiom’s Loan Agency Team. She manages a portfolio of loan transactions and serves as a primary point of contact for borrowers, lenders, and counsel, overseeing day-to-day administration and cultivating strong relationships.  

Before joining SRS Acquiom, Kathleen was a Vice President at JPMorgan Chase, supporting the Investment Bank in the execution of complex syndicated loan transactions. She managed a team of 10 associates responsible for coordinating cross border Term Loan B transactions and the firm’s Direct Lending portfolio. In this role, she oversaw transaction execution from pre-closing through funding, working closely with bankers, clients, lenders, and counsel to facilitate efficient closings and mitigate operational risk.  

Kathleen graduated from Loyola University Maryland.
