Lisha John is a Loan Agency Relationship Management Director at SRS Acquiom. She is responsible for managing her portfolio of loan agency deals primarily focusing on distressed and syndicated deals as well as disbursing agent and escrow agent deals.  She acts as the main point of contact for borrowers, lenders, law firms, and external parties on loan transactions where SRS Acquiom acts as Administrative, Collateral Agent or Escrow Agent. 

Lisha’s prior roles include senior vice president of escrow at Citi Private Bank focusing on M&A escrows; team leader and vice president at Glas focusing on syndicated, direct lending and capital market deals, as well as vice president at BNY Mellon focusing on insurance trust, escrows and capital markets deals. 

Lisha holds a B.A. from St John’s University as well as an M.B.A. from Long Island University in New York.
