Lydia is a director in the Shareholder Advisory group, serving as the primary client contact on post-closing matters and disputes. These matters range from claims for indemnification, earnout and milestone issues, third-party litigation, and other matters that arise after the acquisition has closed.

Before joining SRS Acquiom, Lydia worked as a corporate attorney in New York for over a decade, focusing primarily on financing transactions and M&A work. She has served as both in-house counsel and external advisor to a wide range of institutional investors, private equity funds, and financial sponsors on complex transactional and regulatory matters.

Lydia earned her J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law at Yeshiva University, and her B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
