Marc is head of business development for Germany at SRS Acquiom. He leads the firm's expansion into German-speaking markets and the introduction of its closing and post-closing M&A infrastructure to key stakeholders, local deal parties, and outside counsel.

Prior to joining SRS Acquiom, Marc served as deputy chairman of a family office representing a prominent German automotive entrepreneur. He also held positions as head of capital markets and regional managing director at leading global corporate service providers.

Marc holds a graduate law degree from the University of Trier in Germany and a master's degree in international business law from the University of East Anglia in the U.K.
