Maren is a finance director in the company’s Professional Services Group based in the Denver office, specializing in finance and accounting. She focuses on post-closing accounting matters related to purchase price adjustments and earnouts. 

Before joining SRS Acquiom, Maren worked at KPMG in the audit practice where she focused on national, and international, client services in the retail and telecom industries. 

Maren earned her B.S. in Accountancy from the University of Illinois and currently holds the CPA designation.
