Matt is the Executive Director of the M&A Operations department, overseeing the payments, escrow, shareholder representative, and client service operational delivery teams in the US, UK, and Europe. 

Before joining SRS Acquiom, Matt worked at Brown Brothers Harriman and OppenheimerFunds in a range of financial operations roles, including business analysis, mutual fund pricing and valuation, cash and share reconciliation, and trade settlement. 

Matt holds a FINRA Financial and Operations Principal license and has a BA in Economics from Colorado State University.
