Matthew O’Malley is a Director in the Shareholder Advisory Group, serving as the primary point of contact for clients on post-closing claims, contingent consideration, and milestone-related matters.

Before joining SRS Acquiom, Matthew was in-house counsel at a major publicly traded real estate investment trust, where he focused on litigation oversight, risk mitigation, and strategic business initiatives. He is an experienced litigator with a strong track record of managing, negotiating, and resolving complex disputes. His litigation background shapes his practical, strategic approach to post-closing issue management, enabling him to effectively represent shareholder interests in high-stakes situations.

Matt earned his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and his J.D. from the University of Illinois College of Law.
