Meredith is a Loan Agency Relationship Management Director at SRS Acquiom. She is responsible for managing a portfolio of syndicated loan transactions and escrow transactions where SRS Acquiom acts as the Administrative Agent or Sub-Agent. She is the main point of contact for borrowers, lenders, law firms, and external parties on loan transactions. 

Before joining SRS Acquiom, she has spent more than 15 years in the financial industry with roles spanning across sales, service and operations. In most recent years she worked in transaction coordination at JPMorgan Chase where she partnered with Debt Capital Markets, Credit Risk, Loan Agency, Legal, Trade Settlements, Borrowers and Lender Clients focusing on broadly syndicated and direct lending US and Cross Boarder deals.

Meredith holds a B.S from University of Delaware.
