Nathan Mills is a Relationship Management Director within the Loan Agency team. He supports the execution of transactions as well as maintains a portfolio of loan agency deals. Nathan serves as the main point of contact for borrowers, lenders, counsels, and other partners on loan transactions where SRS Acquiom acts in different Agent capacities. 

Prior to joining SRS Acquiom, Nathan was a Vice President at JPMorgan Chase & Co. where he focused on closing execution for intuitionally syndicated debt transactions, with a specialization in Term Loan B facilities and private credit. 

Nathan holds a B.S. in Finance and Information Systems from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at University of Maryland, College Park.
