Patricia Tessier is Managing Director, Loan Closing at SRS Acquiom, and brings deep expertise across credit markets, market infrastructure, and financial technology to the firm's loan business.

Before joining SRS Acquiom, Patricia was Co-Founder and Chief Business Officer of Pantarai, where she built a scalable, commercially driven platform aligning product innovation with market behaviour. Prior to that, she spent over a decade at Markit/S&P Global, culminating as Global Head of Loan Platforms, where she led commercial strategy across a global loan product portfolio, including ClearPar, the leveraged loan market's most widely adopted post-trade platform. 

Earlier, Patricia spent over a decade at Goldman Sachs , focusing on distressed trades across the US and EMEA and building internal infrastructure during the financial crisis. She began her career at Shearman & Sterling, Fidelity Investments, and J.P. Morgan.
