Paul Taylor is Senior Director, Loan Closing Manager for SRS Acquiom. He brings more than 35 years of capital markets experience, with deep expertise in loan market infrastructure, operations, and settlement optimisation.

Before joining SRS Acquiom, Paul was a Partner and Head of EMEA at Pantarai, where he focused on executing operational excellence for Pantarai’s clients. Prior to that, Paul was Operations Director at the Loan Market Association, where he led initiatives to increase liquidity, reduce settlement friction, and advance standardization across the European loan market, including benchmark analytics and senior market participant coordination. Earlier, he led loan operations and CLO support at PGIM across warehouse, reinvestment, and liquidation phases, and held senior loan trading, operations, and credit markets roles at Citibank, Bank of America, and Nomura.

Paul is widely recognized as a trusted expert in the EMEA loan market, regularly advising on complex, illiquid, and cross-border transactions, and bridging market practice, operational execution, and industry-wide coordination.
