Phoebe is a Director in the Escrow and Payments team at SRS Acquiom. She oversees European transactions and is based in the London office. In this role, she partners closely with deal parties and internal teams to structure and administer escrow and payment solutions that ensure a seamless M&A closing process.  

Before joining SRS Acquiom, Phoebe worked in the escrow and settlement teams of two global financial service providers.  

She earned her Bachelor’s degree in History from the University of Durham and Masters degree in Law from BPP University, London.
