Radha Subramanian is deputy general counsel and executive director of SRS Acquiom. She oversees the company’s general legal affairs, including risk management, privacy law compliance, and legal and regulatory matters related to product development, and supports complex M&A transactions across the platform. 

Before assuming her current role, Radha was a senior attorney in SRS Acquiom’s M&A Transactional Group, where she negotiated engagement agreements and facilitated transaction closings. Prior to joining SRS Acquiom, she was an associate in the M&A, Corporate and Securities group at Norton Rose Fulbright LLP in Toronto, advising public and private companies and private equity funds on domestic and cross-border acquisitions and corporate finance matters. She was recognized in The M&A Advisor’s 40 Under 40 Emerging Leaders Awards. 

Radha received her J.D. from the University of Western Ontario Faculty of Law and her H.B.A. from the Richard Ivey School of Business. She is admitted to practice in New York and is a member of the Law Society of Ontario.
