Sam Lee is a federal tax director in the Shareholder Advisory group at SRS Acquiom. He provides guidance to shareholders regarding buyers’ federal tax claims.

Before joining SRS Acquiom, Sam spent several years in public accounting at Deloitte and KPMG before moving on to serve as a tax manager for a public company. Most recently, Sam served as an Internal Revenue Agent in the IRS focusing on auditing large businesses. Sam’s tax background in public, private, and government sectors provides comprehensive insight in navigating various tax disputes.

Sam earned his B.A. and Master of Accountancy from The University of Georgia.
