Sukhdeep is an attorney with the SRS Acquiom Transactional Group, where he is responsible for the review of incoming transactions through the negotiation and final execution of merger agreements and engagement materials across SRS Acquiom's shareholder representative and payment and escrow services platforms. 

Prior to joining SRS Acquiom, Sukhdeep served as a General Attorney for the U.S. Small Business Administration, where he handled a broad mix of legal work spanning commercial, regulatory, and administrative law matters. 

Sukhdeep earned his J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law and holds a B.A. in Economics from Purdue University.
