Tom is the Director of Escrow and Payment Solutions for SRS Acquiom.  He is responsible for facilitating transactions and building client relationships for SRS Acquiom’s M&A Escrow, Payments, and Solicitation services.

Previously, Tom was a director with the Transactional Group for SRS Acquiom where he collaborated with clients and counsel to negotiate M&A agreements from the shareholder representative perspective. Before joining SRS Acquiom, Tom worked as an attorney for a boutique law firm in Chicago where he represented clients in a broad range of commercial litigation and transactional matters. 

Tom received his J.D. from the University of Illinois College of Law and his B.A. in Political Science from DePaul University.
