Alex is managing director of the Escrow and Payment Solutions group at SRS Acquiom. With deep experience in M&A, Alex leads and is responsible for the development, strategy, and delivery of our escrow and payments products globally.
Before joining SRS Acquiom, Alex practiced M&A at Kirkland & Ellis LLP and Perkins Coie LLP. He represented private equity funds and their portfolio companies in U.S. and cross-border acquisitions, debt and equity financings, and general corporate matters.
Alex received his J.D. from Harvard Law School, an M.A. from the University of Oxford, and a B.A. from the University of Northern Iowa. Alex is a member of the Colorado Bar and speaks English, Spanish, and Dutch.
