The 2024 SRS Acquiom M&A Working Capital Purchase Price Adjustment Study presents an analysis of more than 1,000 private-target acquisitions, most of which are not publicly reported. These deals are valued at more than $244 billion and closed between January 2020 through October 2023 with a finalized PPA.
