Director, Business Development
Bogen is a director of Business Development for the Southeast at SRS Acquiom. He works with deal parties, outside counsel, and investors to provide them with access to the suite of SRS Acquiom products and services.
Before joining SRS Acquiom, Bogen spent three years as a Vice President of Escrow Sales at Goldman Sachs. At the firm, Bogen worked directly with bankers, clients and their outside counsel to establish Escrow accounts for transactions. Before that, Bogen spent three years as a Vice President of Escrow and Paying Agent sales at J.P. Morgan.
Bogen is based on the East Coast and enjoys staying active with his wife. He is an avid runner and skier. Bogen received his B.S. in Economics from Northeastern University in Boston, MA.
