Bogen is a director of Business Development at SRS Acquiom for the East Coast. He works with deal parties, outside counsel, and investors to provide them with access to the suite of SRS Acquiom products and services.

Before joining SRS Acquiom, Bogen spent three years as a Vice President of Escrow Sales at Goldman Sachs. At the firm, Bogen worked directly with bankers, clients and their outside counsel to establish Escrow accounts for transactions. Before that, Bogen spent three years as a Vice President of Escrow and Paying Agent sales at J.P. Morgan

Bogen has called New York City home for over 14 years. He enjoys staying active with his wife and is an avid runner. Bogen received his B.S. in Economics from Northeastern University in Boston, MA.
