Chelsea Cole is the director of M&A business development at SRS Acquiom. With eleven years of experience, she is responsible for driving strategic growth and deal flow through targeted partnerships and market insights.

Before joining SRS Acquiom, Chelsea spent four years as a top-performing Director at Datasite, consistently exceeding goals and earning recognition for sales excellence. She began her M&A career at Bank of Montreal, where she spent six years as an A&D transaction coordinator, supporting complex transactions and building a solid foundation in financial services.

Chelsea is passionate about connecting opportunities, cultivating relationships, and delivering solutions that create value throughout the M&A lifecycle.
