Christa builds relationships for SRS Acquiom with the venture capital, legal and M&A communities in the Western U.S., Western Canada, and the Asia/Pacific region. She has a strong background in corporate, securities and transactional matters, including venture capital financings, public and private offerings, and mergers and acquisitions. Her experience includes working for Merrill DataSite as Regional Director, Hewlett-Packard Company as Legal Specialist for Corporate, Securities and M&A, and Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati as a Senior Paralegal.

Christa graduated from Santa Clara University, School of Law, Institute for Paralegal Education and received her paralegal certificate specializing in corporate and intellectual property law. She has been a guest speaker at multiple Paralegal Leadership conferences on M&A matters and is also a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) in both San Francisco and Santa Clara Counties.
