Coby is a Director of Business Development on the Loan Agency team based in New York City. He partners with private credit funds, law firms, private equity sponsors, and investment banks across the Northeast to deliver loan agency and restructuring administration solutions that support complex financing transactions.
Prior to joining SRS Acquiom, Coby spent seven years at Datasite, where he served as a Regional Director on the advisory sales team. In that role, he was a top performer responsible for providing financial technology solutions to leading investment banks and private equity firms to facilitate M&A and capital markets transactions.
Coby earned his B.S. from the Smeal College of Business at The Pennsylvania State University
