Keith Preston is Director of Business Development for SRS Acquiom’s Loan Agency practice, responsible for the Gulf Coast and Southwest. He works closely with private credit funds, law firms, and private equity sponsors on loan agency and restructuring matters.

Prior to joining SRS Acquiom, Keith spent six years at Datasite working with investment banks and private equity firms on complex M&A transactions and due diligence processes, with a particular focus on the energy sector.

Keith earned his B.S. in business from Texas A&M University.
