Keith serves as a director of business development for SRS Acquiom in Loan Agency, covering Texas and the West Coast. He partners with lenders, law firms, and private equity professionals to provide loan agency services, supporting new originations and complex credit events.

Before joining SRS Acquiom, Keith spent six years as a regional sales director at Datasite, partnering with investment banks and private equity firms on many of the energy sector’s largest and most complex transactions. In that role, he supported due diligence and built lasting relationships across the market.

Keith earned his B.S. in business from Texas A&M University. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active with his wife and two children, watching football, and exploring new bourbons.
