Keith leads business development for SRS Acquiom’s Loan Agency practice across the Gulf Coast and Southwest. He partners with credit funds, direct lenders, law firms, and private equity sponsors to deliver loan agency and restructuring solutions for new originations and complex credit events.

Prior to joining SRS Acquiom, Keith spent six years as a Regional Sales Director at Datasite, collaborating with investment banks and private equity firms on many of the energy sector’s largest and most complex transactions. In that role, he supported due diligence efforts and developed long-standing relationships across the market.

Keith earned his B.S. in business from Texas A&M University. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active with his wife and two children, watching football, and exploring new bourbons.
