Stephen Li
Director, M&A Business Development
Stephen is a director of M&A business development for SRS Acquiom. He is responsible for driving growth of strategic partnerships with deal parties, outside counsel, and investors. He regularly provides guidance on SRS Acquiom’s role in handling post-closing issues such as purchase price adjustments, indemnification claims, escrow funds and payments.
Before joining SRS Acquiom, Stephen was a director at Datasite, where he led business development efforts for investment banks and private equity firms in Los Angeles. Prior to that, he was an associate in corporate and investment banking, where he executed on over $1 billion in middle market sell-side M&A, capital raising, and leveraged finance transactions.
He received his B.A in business management economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
