Director, Loan Agency Business Development
As director of business development for SRS Acquiom Loan Agency solutions, Tim is responsible for driving growth across the Midwest by partnering with private equity sponsors, direct lenders, law firms, and financial advisors to provide independent loan agency and successor agent solutions. Tim works closely with deal professionals to support both new originations and complex credit events, including refinancings, restructurings, and special situations.
Tim brings over 12 years of sales experience in the financial services and fintech sectors. Prior to joining SRS Acquiom, he was with SS&C Intralinks, where he advised corporate development teams, M&A professionals, alternative investment managers, and legal advisors on strategic and financial transactions.
Tim earned his B.A. in marketing and business management from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota.
