Regional Managing Director, New York, Business Development

Troy Hebert is the regional managing director, New York, Business Development at SRS Acquiom. Based in New York and Miami, he works closely with deal parties, outside counsel and investors, providing guidance on SRS Acquiom’s role in post-closing matters, including purchase price adjustments, indemnification claims, escrow funds and related payments.

Before joining SRS Acquiom, Troy was a vice president at THL Credit where he led an investment in SRS Acquiom. Earlier in his career, he was an analyst in the investment banking and corporate banking divisions at JPMorgan and Citi. He also spent several years in private equity and private credit, investing more than $1 billion in middle-market companies across the United States.

Troy graduated from Arizona State University and Barrett, The Honors College with a B.S. in Finance.
